Unlike other bid management software on the market, SMARTBIDNET is applicable to more than one bidding process and industry. Suppliers can be categorized by what service they supply, and have access to modify or update their skill sets as they change (with review and approval by the managing company).
Request for Bid
SMARTBIDNET has a unique ability to submit the request for proposal to specific suppliers that match the previously established skill categories outlined in the bid. The system can automatically request bids via email and fax and include files to further clarify and illustrate the project. |
Bid Management
An email goes out to all suppliers that are approved in the SMARTBIDNET database and the bid manager simply waits as the proposals arrive and are logged into the SMARTBIDNET system. All bids can be managed inside the system. Vendors can edit their bids adding more documents or clarification as needed or requested by the bid manager.
