Bid Management
An email goes out to all suppliers that are approved in the SMARTBIDNET database and the bid manager simply waits as the proposals arrive and are logged into the SMARTBIDNET system. All bids can be managed inside the system. Vendors can edit their bids adding more documents or clarification as needed or requested by the bid manager.
