The value in a website lies in whether the customer can be directed toward exactly what they need, as efficiently as possible, without losing them in the process. This is especially true when the service provided, such as that of a property realtor, involves searching databases and refining results by desired criteria. Given the ability to search a website, visitors expect to receive precise results. This is not always the case with Multiple Listing Service(MLS) websites.
JBKnowledge developed a public website for a local property realtor, revamping their service strategy by focusing on enhanced MLS integration features. The site taps into the database of a local MLS organization and BING maps to to render all real estate listings onto a searchable map that can be filtered and sorted - all from within the realtor’s site.
The entire website was developed using our Content Manager software which, after development and implementation, puts control of the website back into the realtor’s hands. They can easily edit, add, and delete content without the help of an IT expert by logging into the site’s Content Manager platform.
