• Changed the Add Menu to make it a drop down. This is where you now Add Folders, Add Files and Add Sets
• Now have the ability to create sets, which are collections of drawings from folders. When you use the move button and select To Set, it creates a reference to that file in the set so that one file can show up in multiple sets, like Electrical, Mechanical, etc. When the file is updated in the folder, it is updated in all sets that reference that file.
• Created a Security Button that allows the GC to select whether subs can see just sets, just folders or folders and sets.
• Changed the way folders open. They now expand and collapse like sections on Invitees and Send Mail.

New Invitees Tab:

• Combines features of Send Mail and Statistics
• Allows to view filter view of Accepted, Rejected, Proposed subs in a tabbed view
• GCs can now type notes on the list in the Invitees tab and it will record the note in the note section
• GC users can now view proposals, communication, activity and notes straight from the list of invitees

Other Changes

• You now have the ability to completely delete a sub and their bidding history from the database using the delete button on the company screen.
• Added new merge fields to Mail Templates: SubContractorAddress, SubContractorPhone and SubContractorFax.
• Added reporting fields for bid projects: Project Type, Bid Amount and Square Footage
• Removed Preferences menu from the Employee menu and moved it to the right of Update My Info. Removed Employee menu.
• Changed My Info button to Update My Info
• Now allow the GC to order prints of hidden files.
• Corrected problem with scrolling on the Previously Saved Email button
• Removed Bid Project Contact. The Bid Project Manager is now the contact - the two fields were redundant.
• Moved the Communication Tab to the Communication report under the Reports Tab.
