  Founder and President James Benham started JBKNOWLEDGE on the principle that high quality professional services could be delivered to small and medium-sized businesses at economical rates. James has been working with Internet technologies for the past 12 years and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.

  Founder and Executive Vice President James T. "Jim" Benham has been a business owner and president for the past thirty two years. He brings his experience with manufacturing and service companies, along with extensive financial planning and management skills, to the team. Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1963.
 
   Sebastian Costa | Director of Operations |
 
  Sebastian has been with the JBKNOWLEDGE team since its inception and has been critical to its development and growth as an organization. Currently in charge of all programming and development operations, Sebastian received his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Nicholls State University.
 
   Jennifer Heninger | Director of Administration |
 
  Jennifer has been with the JBKNOWLEDGE team since February of 2004 and is responsible for Customer Service and Relations, as well as all internal office operations and quality control. Jennifer has an Undergraduate and Masters in AgriBusiness from Texas A&M University.

  In charge of the creative aspect of our work, Pablo has been of invaluable importance to the development of each innovative and unique graphic design piece. Pablo received his degree in Graphic Design (specializing in web design and flash animation) in March 2000 and became a member of the JBKNOWLEDGE team in September 2002. His wild imagination and remarkable skill to bring ideas to life characterize his work and extend to the team he supervises.
